Calendar Cards

These calendar cards are fun and easy to make.






What you need~
pencil
glue
calendar
paper
paper cutter 
scissors 


First cut your paper in half.

 Fold in half.

Put the card on the calendar and trace with a pencil and cut out.

Put glue on the card and place calendar picture on the glue and let dry.


You can cut out another little bit of the calendar that matches and glue on the inside of the card, and then you're done! Enjoy making them!

Blueberry Upside Down Pound Cake Bread

Blueberry Upside Down Pound Cake Bread Recipe



 Ingredients 

2 sticks butter, plus more for pan
1/2 cup vegetable oil 
3 cups sugar
5 eggs 
3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for pan 
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups blueberry's

Directions~ 

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

With a mixer, cream butter and oil together. Add sugar, a little at a time. Add eggs, 1 at a time,  beating after each addition. Stir dry ingredients together in a bowl and add to mixer alternately with milk, starting with flour and ending with the flour. Mix in vanilla. Stir in blueberry's gently. Pour into greased and floured bread pans. And bake for 45-60 minuets or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 10-20 minuets and take out of pan flip upside down and there you have it blueberry upside down pound cake bread. Enjoy!

Pumpkin Bread ~ Pumpkin Muffins




3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 15 oz. can of pumpkin (or 2 cups)
4 eggs lightly beaten
1 cup oil
1/2 -1 cup nuts, raisins, chocolate chips or craisins (optional)
1 batch streusel topping 

Directions~

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add pumpkin, eggs, and oil and stir only until dampened then add nuts, raisins, etc. 

Muffins~ Pour dough into sprayed muffin pans or muffin wrappers and bake in pre-heated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Bread~ Pour dough into sprayed bread pans and bake in small bread pans (7 in. wide 3 in. long 2 in. tall) for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. You can do bigger loaves but will take longer.
